The Outback Show is an exciting and engaging experience which includes skilful demonstrations, performances and authentic Aussie tucker, all delivered with a sense of fun and entertainment. Tobruk is ideally suited for families through to corporate groups, seniors groups and tourists who are looking for something unique or wanting to get out of the city and experience rural and outback Australia for the day.
Everything at Tobruk is authentic - our warm and friendly staff dedicated to showing all our guests what it is that makes Australia a special country, the charm of the rustic buildings, blacksmiths shop and farm machinery, the warmth of the open campfire in Drovers Camp with billy tea and baking damper, the hearty country meals, the friendly animals and the beautiful sunsets high above the Hawkesbury River and Blue Mountains.
The regular Tobruk program includes billy tea and damper, stockmen on horseback, an exciting sheep muster, working dog display and yardwork, live sheep shearing demonstration, wool room presentation, whip cracking and boomerang throwing display plus the opportunity to learn how to crack a whip and throw a boomerang. A hearty, country style steak lunch is included in standard Tonruk programs. Lunch for adults is the T-Bone meal and Kids is the sausage and hamburger meal all accompanied by veges and salad, dinner roll, tea, coffee, juice, water, desert and ANZAC biscuits.
Tobruk often runs additional fun activities for the kids, so that the adults get a little more time to relax during and after lunch in the licensed restuarant.
Bookings are essential and must be made no later than 48hrs prior. Come and enjoy country fresh air and a day of fun for all ages.
